SAMSUNG GALAXY REPAIR · SCREENS · BATTERIES · CHARGING PORTS

Samsung or Galaxy giving you trouble? Let’s find the right fix.

A cracked Galaxy screen, a battery that fades by afternoon, a port that won’t charge. It’s not always obvious which model you have or whether it’s worth fixing. We repair supported Samsung Galaxy phones at our Wilmington and Jacksonville stores, and where it’s available a screen-only repair can help keep the cost down. Tell us your exact model and we’ll confirm the repair, the part, the timing, and the price before anything begins.

Supported models: let’s confirm yours

Samsung makes a lot of models, and two phones with almost the same name can use different parts and repair procedures, so we confirm your exact model before we quote or schedule. What’s possible for your Samsung depends on the exact model, the repair type, part availability, the condition of the device, and whether the repair is economically practical. Tell us the exact model (a Galaxy S, Note, A-series, or Z foldable, for example) and we’ll confirm whether the repair and the required part are available. If your model isn’t one we support, or a repair isn’t worth it, we’ll say so and help you weigh your options.

Screen repair (screen-only where available)

Galaxy displays are high-quality AMOLED, and on many models the screen and frame come as a single assembly. Where a screen-only repair is available for your exact model, it can cost less than a full screen-and-frame assembly, but it isn’t possible on every model, and it isn’t always cheaper. Because similarly named models differ, we confirm your exact model, part availability, and the phone’s condition before quoting or scheduling.

Battery replacement

If your Galaxy drains fast or shuts down early, a replacement battery usually helps. We install the battery, test it, and back it with a 1-year warranty on the battery and labor. We’ll confirm the part for your model first.

Charging-port repair

A Galaxy that charges intermittently, slowly, or not at all often needs the charging port cleaned or repaired rather than replaced entirely. We check the port and cable behavior, confirm the repair and price, and explain the warranty for that part.

Back glass & housing

Cracked back glass or a damaged frame can often be repaired without replacing the whole phone. On some Galaxy models the back or housing is more involved than a screen, so we’ll confirm the approach and timing for your exact model first.

Cameras, speakers, mics & buttons

Blurry photos, muffled calls, silent audio, or a power or volume button that sticks? Tell us the symptom and we’ll confirm whether it’s a part, a cleaning, or something tracing back to a past drop or spill.

Software & setup

Stuck in a boot loop, out of storage, or moving to a new phone? We handle software troubleshooting and setup where the hardware is sound, and we’ll tell you honestly when a problem is hardware, not software.

Parts & timing

Part availability varies by model and store. Many in-stock Samsung repairs are done in about 30–45 minutes; some models and repairs take longer, and not every repair is same-day. We give a preliminary estimate online and a firm, staff-confirmed quote once we verify your model and part. A Samsung repair appointment reserves repair time only after we’ve confirmed your exact model, the repair, part availability, the store, and the timing.

Eligible Samsung screen repairs may include approved 12-month physical-damage protection, and eligible Galaxy screens carry lifetime defect coverage for the original customer and device. Eligibility depends on the model and the repair; we’ll tell you whether your repair qualifies before you decide. Batteries carry a 1-year warranty.

It usually comes down to the phone’s age and condition, the repair cost versus a suitable replacement, the data you’d rather not lose, and how much you rely on the phone day to day. We’ll lay out the comparison honestly, including when a repair isn’t the practical choice, and let you decide.
