URGENT BUSINESS SUPPORT · CALL-FIRST BREAK-FIX

Business down? Call. We’ll triage it fast.

When something business-critical stops working, calling is the fastest path. Tell us what’s affected, how many people are impacted, and how to reach you, and we’ll triage it and tell you the next step. We help both our ongoing-support businesses and businesses we’ve never met. No contract required.

A real local team, not a call center

A Computer Warriors technician works calmly at a computer in a bright office, responding to a business support request with a headset at hand.

Call first. Here’s what happens

For an active outage, a phone call gets the issue moving faster than a form. Tell us what is down, how many people are affected, and the best number to reach you. We’ll triage the situation, explain the appropriate next step, and identify what must be approved before chargeable work begins.

1

Tell us what is down

Explain what stopped working, when it started, how many people are affected, and the best way to reach you.

2

We triage the situation

We assess the information available, ask the necessary questions, and recommend the most appropriate next step.

3

Review the path forward

We explain the proposed handling, known limitations, and applicable charges. You decide whether to approve the work.

If the issue can wait, you may submit a Business Support Inquiry instead. We still review and triage the form, but calling is the faster path for something that is down now.

We help with or without a contract

You don’t need to be an ongoing-support customer to request urgent help. We assist businesses we already support and businesses reaching us for the first time. If ongoing support could reduce future disruptions, we may explain that option afterward, but there is no pressure and no contract is required to request help now.

How urgent work is handled and priced

Urgent support is on-demand work, not an ongoing agreement. We triage the situation first, explain what we recommend, and obtain your approval before beginning chargeable work.

Remote handling

Eligible issues may be handled remotely when the problem, access, security requirements, and availability make remote support appropriate.

Onsite handling

An onsite visit may be recommended for eligible needs where service, access, location, and technician availability allow.

Store-based handling

If equipment needs physical evaluation or repair, bringing it to the appropriate Computer Warriors store may be the best path.

The appropriate path depends on the issue. Calling does not automatically schedule a remote session, onsite visit, store repair, or any other chargeable service.

We explain the recommended path and applicable charges before chargeable work begins. You remain in control of whether to proceed.

We can’t promise a specific response time or that every problem can be fixed immediately. The outcome depends on what is wrong, the access available, required parts or services, and circumstances outside our control. What we can provide is prompt triage, an honest assessment, a clear next step, and steady communication as the approved work moves forward.

Prevent the next one

Once the immediate issue is under control, it may be worth understanding why it happened and what could reduce the chance or impact of a similar disruption. Ongoing Small Business IT Support can include agreed services such as monitoring, backup, maintenance, and a clearer support path when something breaks. If ongoing support may be useful, we can explain the available options afterward, with no pressure. See Managed IT Services.

Local support across Eastern North Carolina

Computer Warriors supports small businesses from our Wilmington and Jacksonville locations. Depending on the problem, eligible urgent work may be handled remotely, onsite, or through the appropriate store where available. Businesses connected to the Camp Lejeune community are routed through Jacksonville for appropriate supported options.
