Cracked MacBook screen, a battery that won’t last, storage that’s full, or a Mac that won’t start? We repair supported MacBook Air and Pro, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro models at both stores. We’ll confirm your exact model, inspect the problem, explain what we found and what the repair would cost, and get your approval before any chargeable work begins. Apple builds many Mac models, and what’s serviceable varies by model and year. Tell us your exact Mac (a MacBook Air or Pro, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, or Mac Pro, with the year if you know it) and we’ll confirm whether the repair and the part are available before we quote anything. We repair Macs as an independent local shop; we don’t imply Apple authorization or certification.
Screens, batteries, top cases and keyboards, charging, cooling, storage where serviceable, and the macOS problems that keep a MacBook from working.
Displays where supported, storage, cooling, power, and macOS issues on supported models.
Storage, memory where serviceable, cooling, power, and startup or macOS problems.
A replacement display for supported models, so a cracked screen doesn’t mean a new Mac. Availability depends on the exact model.
For a Mac that drains fast or shuts down early; a replacement battery with a 1-year warranty on the battery and labor.
Full drives, slowdowns, and software problems, handled where a repair, upgrade, or reinstall is the right fix. Software work has no ongoing warranty.
Mac repairs use a drop-off reservation, which holds your check-in time, not immediate bench time. Bring your Mac and, if you have it, your sign-in password so we can test the repair. Your Mac then works through the repair queue, typically about 2–3 business days before it reaches a technician’s bench. That’s the wait before work begins, not the total repair time, and not same-day.
Most Mac repairs need a diagnosis before we can determine the repair price. After evaluation, we’ll explain what we found, what the repair would cost, and whether repairing or replacing the Mac makes the most sense. No chargeable work begins without your approval.
A $50 diagnostic deposit applies at check-in and goes toward your repair. If you decide not to proceed, it covers the diagnostic time. It’s a deposit, not a separate fee.
Hardware repairs carry a 1-year warranty on the installed hardware and labor; physical damage, liquid damage, and unrelated failures are excluded. Batteries carry a 1-year warranty. Software and macOS work is confirmed fixed at return but has no ongoing warranty. There’s no lifetime-on-everything coverage. Back up your Mac with Time Machine before service if you can; we can’t guarantee data stays recoverable during a repair.
Macs hold their value, so repair is often worth it, but not always. We’ll compare the repair cost with a suitable replacement plus moving your data, the Mac’s age and condition, and how you use it. We don’t take mail-in or ship-in repairs, and some older Macs and certain models aren’t economical or reliable to repair. If yours is one of them, we’ll tell you straight. We’re an independent shop, not an Apple-authorized provider, so for warranty service that must go through Apple we’ll say so.

No. We’re an independent local repair shop. We repair Macs and MacBooks without implying Apple authorization or certification. If your issue needs Apple’s authorized service, we’ll say so.
Mac repair pricing depends on the exact model, part availability, and what diagnosis finds. A $50 diagnostic deposit applies at check-in and goes toward an approved repair. After evaluation, we’ll explain the repair price and get your approval before any chargeable work begins.
Macs go through our repair queue, typically about 2–3 business days before your Mac reaches a technician’s bench. That’s the wait before work begins, not the total repair time, and Mac repairs aren’t same-day.
Back up first if you can; Time Machine works well. We take reasonable care and ask before anything that could affect your data, but we can’t guarantee it stays recoverable during a repair. If saving files matters most, ask about data recovery.
Hardware repairs carry a 1-year warranty on the installed hardware and labor; physical damage, liquid damage, and unrelated failures are excluded. Batteries carry a 1-year warranty. Software and macOS work is confirmed fixed at return but has no ongoing warranty. We’ll explain what applies before you decide.
We evaluate liquid-exposed Macs, but please stop charging and don’t power it on. Powering on or charging a liquid-exposed device can cause more electrical damage. Liquid damage is a separate path with no general warranty; keep the device off and call us or see our liquid damage page.
