Who we help

We’re built for local small businesses and offices, generally with up to about fifteen workstations. That includes professional and real-estate offices, retailers, contractors, accounting and bookkeeping firms, small manufacturers, service companies, nonprofits, churches, hospitality businesses, property-management teams, and smaller healthcare offices. We don’t assume every business works the same way, which is why we start by understanding how your team actually uses its technology.

Two ways to work with us

Some businesses want us on an ongoing basis; others have a one-time project or an urgent problem, and we keep those clear. Ongoing support is a continuing, customized relationship that begins with discovery and runs as a recurring monthly plan for the services we agree on. Project work is a defined job we scope and quote on its own. We’ll always tell you which one a request is, and nothing becomes scheduled or active just because you’ve submitted an inquiry.

How pricing works

There’s no generic public plan price, because the right support depends on your business. After a short discovery conversation, we send a customized recommendation and a custom quote. Projects, and any third-party licensing (like Microsoft 365) or hardware, are quoted separately so nothing is hidden.

Our services are built for local small businesses that need practical, dependable support without an oversized enterprise IT program. If your organization needs a 24/7 staffed operations center, large-scale enterprise administration, penetration testing, or formal compliance certification, we may not be the right provider, and we’ll tell you that honestly. If we cannot support the scope responsibly, we’ll help you understand the most appropriate next step.

Business IT FAQ

Both are fine. Many businesses use us for ongoing support; others bring us a one-time project or an urgent fix. We’ll help you figure out which fits and never push you into an agreement you don’t need.

We’re built for local small businesses and offices, generally up to about fifteen workstations. If your needs are larger, we’ll tell you honestly and help point you to the right fit.

There’s no generic public plan price. After a short discovery conversation we send a customized recommendation and a custom quote: a recurring monthly plan for ongoing support, or a project quote for a defined job. Any licensing or hardware is stated separately.

Often, yes. Many businesses switch to us for more responsive local support. We start with discovery to understand your setup, then recommend a practical transition. We’ll be upfront if something is outside our small-business focus.

We support the technology small businesses actually run: workstations, Microsoft 365, networks, security, and backup. We don’t do full enterprise server administration, co-managed enterprise IT, or a security operations center. If that’s what you need, we’ll say so.

We set up, administer, and support Microsoft 365 as an independent local IT provider, and our team includes technicians with Microsoft 365 certifications. We don’t claim a Microsoft partnership or authorization.

No honest provider can. Good security reduces risk and improves your ability to recover; it can’t make any business unhackable. We layer sensible protections and focus on making you a harder target and helping you bounce back.
