Q: How long do repairs take?
A: Phone Repairs are typically done in under 60 minutes. Same Day Phone / Tablet Repair.

How long is your computer repair diagnostics?
A: We work out of a queue system, in the order that device are checked in. It usually takes between 2-3 business days to be seen by a technician.

Q: Is there a way I can get same-day diagnostics?
A: We do offer a priority service on most devices. The priority service allows your device to skip the line and is looked at immediately by a technician. Our goal is to give you an answer within the first 24 hours of drop-off.

Q: How much do you charge for diagnostics?
A: We charge $50 as an up front diagnostics fee. Once a quote is provided and approved, the diagnostics charge will come off the total cost of repairs.

A: We offer a lifetime warranty against any part defectives issues on all our iPhone and Samsung screen repairs.
