Some of what we sell is brand new, in the box. What’s new changes with what we get in, so it’s never quite the same twice. Ask what new stock we have right now. We’ll tell you honestly, and just as honestly when a refurbished device would serve you better for less.
Most of what’s on our shelves is Certified Refurbished by Computer Warriors: a device came to us and our own technicians went through it before it went out for sale. It is not a manufacturer-refurbished device, and we don’t describe it as one. Condition is described per device; we don’t call devices “like new” or “mint,” and battery health varies from one to the next. Check the listing, and ask us anything before you buy.
Coverage for problems with the device itself, confirmed for the specific device you’re buying. It is not a manufacturer warranty, and it’s separate from the warranty on our repair services. Ask us to confirm exactly what’s covered on the device you’re considering.
Changed your mind? A device can be returned within 14 days in the same condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 14 days, sales are final except for an eligible one-year defect claim. We’ll walk you through the exact terms before you buy. Full detail on the warranty page.
Have a device you no longer use? Sell it outright or trade it toward the one you’re buying, and store credit is 10% higher than the standard purchase offer. Start with a preliminary estimate online; the final offer is confirmed after we inspect the device at the store.
Need more flexibility with your purchase? Financing options are available through Terrace Finance for eligible customers. Available terms and approval are determined by the financing provider.
