We repair phones, tablets, computers, Macs, and game consoles (screens, batteries, charging ports, and other supported problems) and provide data recovery, Residential Support, and Small Business IT Support. We offer honest guidance without claiming manufacturer authorization.
Customers across Eastern North Carolina. Wilmington serves New Hanover County and nearby coastal communities; Jacksonville serves Onslow County and the surrounding area. The Camp Lejeune community is served through the Jacksonville store; it isn’t a third store.

We don’t offer mail-in or ship-in repair; repairs are handled through local, in-person service. Pickup and delivery are available only for some supported services.
