What we fix

We repair Windows laptops, desktops, gaming PCs, all-in-ones, and workstations. We focus on mainstream, currently supported computers, where parts are available and a repair makes practical sense. That way you get a reliable result and an honest recommendation.

Laptop repair

Screens, hinges, keyboards, batteries, DC jacks, cooling, storage, memory, and the software problems that make a laptop unusable.

Desktop & all-in-one

Power problems, storage and memory upgrades, cooling, and the software and startup issues that keep a desktop from working.

Gaming PC repair

Overheating, crashing, storage and memory, and component-level troubleshooting for supported builds.

Cracked or dim screen

A replacement display for supported models, so you’re not buying a whole new laptop over a broken screen.

Slow or unresponsive

We find out why it’s slow first. Often it’s storage, memory, startup load, or software rather than a computer you need to replace.

Virus & malware removal

We clean up infections, explain how it happened, and help you avoid the next one. Confirmed fixed at return; no ongoing warranty on software work.

Storage & SSD upgrades

Moving to a solid-state drive is one of the most effective ways to make an older computer feel fast again; we’ll tell you honestly if it’s worth it.

Won’t power on

No-power and no-boot problems have several causes, so we evaluate before we commit to a repair.

How check-in and the repair queue work

Drop-off & queue

Computers use a drop-off reservation, which holds your check-in time, not immediate bench time. Bring your device and, if you have it, your sign-in password so we can test the repair. Once checked in, your computer is worked through the repair queue: about 2–3 business days before it reaches a technician’s bench. That’s the wait before work begins, not the total repair time, and not same-day.

Diagnosis, pricing & approval

Most computer repairs need a diagnosis before we can determine the repair price. After evaluation, we’ll explain what we found, what the repair would cost, and whether repairing or replacing the computer makes the most sense. No chargeable work begins without your approval.

A $50 diagnostic deposit applies at check-in and goes toward your repair. If you decide not to proceed, it covers the diagnostic time, so the evaluation is never wasted for you. It’s a deposit, not a separate fee.

Hardware repairs carry a 1-year warranty on the installed hardware and labor; physical damage, liquid damage, and unrelated failures are excluded. Software, performance, and virus-removal work is confirmed fixed at return but has no ongoing warranty. Back up your computer before service if you can; we can’t guarantee data stays recoverable during a repair. If files are the priority, ask about data recovery.

Repair or replace? We’ll lay out the comparison and let you decide: usually the computer’s age and condition, the repair cost versus a suitable replacement plus moving your data, and how you use it. We don’t take mail-in or ship-in repairs, and we don’t service most Microsoft Surface models, servers and enterprise infrastructure, or vintage machines. If yours is one we don’t service, we’ll tell you honestly and suggest a sensible option.

Often, yes. But no-power and no-boot problems have several causes, so we evaluate before recommending a repair. We’ll explain what we find and the price before any work. If your files are the priority, tell us and ask about data recovery.

Not necessarily. Slowness is often storage, memory, startup load, or software rather than a computer you need to replace. We find out why first, then give you honest options. Sometimes an SSD upgrade is all it takes.
