We can’t take devices that are still locked or that can’t be legally transferred, and we’ll never ask you to hand over a device that’s still signed in.
If a device is broken, it’s worth asking whether a repair makes more sense than a sale. A repair estimate is what it costs to fix a device; a buyback estimate is what we might pay for it. Two different things. We’ll help you compare honestly, with no pressure either way.
