From a computer that won’t cooperate to Wi-Fi that won’t reach the back room, we help people with everyday home technology: in your home, remotely, or by picking up a device for store work. You don’t need to know what’s wrong. Tell us what’s happening and we’ll take it from there.

Computer Warriors has helped people around Wilmington and Jacksonville. It’s the same local company behind our repair stores. Not sure which one you need? Just call your nearest store.
New computer, Wi-Fi, a printer, smart home, or some cabling: a technician comes to your home. A $50 trip charge generally applies within about 30 minutes of your nearest store, with anything farther quoted first. A request is a request, not a confirmed visit; we confirm the details and trip charge before scheduling.
A lot of software, email, account, and setup problems don’t need anyone in your home. We connect securely, only after you contact us and approve it, and often solve it the same conversation. Remote support is $75 for the first 30 minutes. If it needs hands on the device, we’ll point you to onsite or store service.
If a device needs bench work and you can’t get to the store, ask about pickup and delivery. It starts around $50 within about 30 minutes of the nearest store and varies with distance. You’re also always welcome to bring a device in. We don’t offer mail-in or ship-in service.

Completely okay. You don’t have to diagnose anything. Describe what you’re seeing (“it won’t turn on,” “the Wi-Fi keeps dropping”) and we’ll figure it out. Call your nearest store to start.
