ANDROID REPAIR · MOTOROLA · ONEPLUS · SUPPORTED ANDROID PHONES

Motorola, OnePlus, or another Android? Let’s see if we can fix it.

We repair supported Motorola, OnePlus, and other Android phones at our Wilmington and Jacksonville stores. Android isn’t one device. It’s dozens of brands and models that repair very differently, so the first thing we do is figure out whether yours is one we can source reliable parts for. Tell us the exact brand, model, and issue and we’ll confirm. Have a Google Pixel? It has its own Google Pixel repair page.

Which Android phones we repair

We focus on supported Motorola, OnePlus, and other Android phones. Android repairs vary significantly from one manufacturer and model to the next (different screens, batteries, assemblies, and procedures), which is why we verify your exact brand and model before confirming repair options, pricing, timing, or parts. Google Pixel is handled on its own dedicated page because its parts and procedures differ enough to warrant it; Motorola, OnePlus, and other supported Android devices continue through this page. If yours is a brand or model we can’t source reliable parts for, we’ll tell you honestly and suggest a sensible option. Have a Google Pixel? See Google Pixel repair.

Other supported Android phones

Beyond Motorola and OnePlus, we take on other supported Android phones where we can source reliable parts. Tell us the exact brand and model and we’ll confirm before we quote a repair or timing.

Motorola repair

Common issues like screens, batteries, and charging ports on supported Motorola phones. Tell us the exact model so we can confirm parts and pricing.

OnePlus repair

Common issues on supported OnePlus phones. As with any Android brand, exact model and part confirmation come first.

Screen repair

Cracked or black screen? We fit a replacement screen for supported models. Because Android panels differ so much by model, we confirm the exact part and its availability before quoting or scheduling.

Battery replacement

Draining fast or shutting down early? A replacement battery usually helps, backed by a 1-year warranty on the battery and labor. We confirm the correct cell for your model first.

Charging-port repair

Charges slowly, only at an angle, or not at all? Often it’s the port, not a new phone, though some charging trouble traces back to the battery or a past spill. We verify the cause first.

Back glass & housing

Cracked back glass or a bent frame can sometimes be repaired without replacing the phone. On some Android models this is more involved than a screen, so we’ll confirm the approach and timing for your exact model.

Cameras, speakers, mics & buttons

Blurry photos, muffled calls, silent audio, or a button that sticks? Tell us the symptom and we’ll confirm whether it’s a part, a cleaning, or damage from a past drop or spill.

Software & setup

Boot loops, storage warnings, or moving to a new phone? We handle software troubleshooting and setup where the hardware is sound, and we’ll tell you honestly when the problem is hardware.

We don’t list every Android brand just for search coverage, and we don’t repair unsupported brands where parts are unreliable. If your phone is a brand or model we don’t service, we’ll tell you and point you to a sensible option, like replacement or Buy/Sell/Trade where it fits. Not sure what you have? Call your store. Eligible Android screen and component repairs carry lifetime defects for the original device; batteries carry a 1-year warranty. Back up first if you can.

With Android, it’s worth weighing the phone’s age and condition, the repair cost versus a suitable replacement, how long the manufacturer will keep sending software and security updates, whether parts are still available, and how much you rely on the phone. We’ll lay out the honest comparison, including when replacing or trading in makes more sense, and let you decide.

It depends on the exact brand, model, and part. Get a repair quote for a preliminary estimate; we’ll confirm a firm price once we verify your model and part.

Sometimes. When the correct part is in stock, many repairs are done in about 30–45 minutes. Some Android parts must be ordered, so not every repair is same-day.

Maybe. Tell us the brand and model and we’ll confirm whether it’s supported; if not, we’ll suggest a sensible option rather than guess.
