Most people asking about a repair are really asking one question: is this worth it? You can’t answer that without a number, so here’s ours, with the context that makes it useful. Start your quote below and you’ll get an online preliminary estimate for supported devices and repairs. It’s a real starting point, not your final price.
You can stop at the estimate, take it away and think about it, or bring it to us and we’ll pick up where you left off. If the tool is briefly unavailable, call your store (Wilmington (910) 399-3797 or Jacksonville (910) 238-2277) and we’ll get you a quote or reserve your time by phone.
A starting price that reflects a typical repair of that type on a supported model. It’s not a diagnosis, and not a promise about your specific device until we’ve looked at it.
Once we verify your exact model and the part your repair takes, you get a quote that’s firm for that model, that repair, and that store. It’s the number you approve before anything happens.
For repairs that need an evaluation first, the final price follows the diagnosis. We explain what we found, give you a price to approve, and start chargeable work only after you say go.
What we’ll never do: we don’t do “instant quotes,” we don’t quote a number and change it at pickup, and we don’t start chargeable work you haven’t approved.
Defined repairs on the devices we service: supported phones (iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, OnePlus), tablets, game consoles, and computers and Macs where the issue can be estimated in advance. The tool is the source of truth for what it can price today, and we confirm your exact model at check-in.
Most computer and Mac repairs, won’t-power-on faults, liquid damage, data recovery, and board-level work can’t be priced honestly from a drop-down. If that’s your situation, calling your store is the faster path. We don’t service most Surface models, servers, or vintage machines, and we don’t take mail-in repairs.
Coverage matches the repair. Many phone and tablet repairs carry lifetime defect coverage for the original customer and device; replacement batteries and computer and console hardware repairs carry a 1-year warranty; software, performance, and virus-removal work is confirmed fixed at return but has no ongoing warranty; data recovery and liquid-damage work are not guaranteed. Full terms on the warranty page.
Ready to schedule a defined phone repair? Book an appointment. It reserves repair time once your exact model, repair, part, and location are confirmed. Computers, Macs, tablets, and game consoles use a drop-off appointment that reserves check-in time rather than immediate bench time, followed by the current service queue. A $50 diagnostic deposit applies to computers, Macs, and game consoles. For iPads and tablets, the deposit applies only when the device cannot be tested at check-in. Diagnostic deposits go toward an approved repair. Payment is due at pickup.

Serving the Camp Lejeune community? We’ll take care of you through our Jacksonville store.
It’s a preliminary estimate. We confirm a firm quote once we’ve verified your exact model and the part your repair needs, and a few repairs need a look first. Your staff-confirmed quote is firm for that model, that repair, and that store.
There’s a $50 diagnostic deposit at check-in for computers, Macs, and game consoles, and for tablets only when the device can’t be tested at check-in. It goes toward your repair, and if you decide not to proceed it covers the diagnostic time. It’s a deposit, not a separate fee, and phone repairs don’t carry one.
It depends on the device and the repair. For devices that are checked in, expect about 2–3 business days before your device reaches a technician’s bench. That’s the wait before work begins, not the total repair time.
Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments are recommended for convenience. A phone repair appointment reserves repair time once your model, repair, and part are confirmed; computers, Macs, tablets, and consoles use a drop-off reservation that holds your check-in time.
No, we don’t take mail-in or ship-in repairs. Devices are checked in at our Wilmington or Jacksonville store.
