Many software, email, account, and setup problems don’t need anyone in your home. We connect securely only after you contact us and approve it, tell you exactly what we’re doing, and you can watch the whole time. Remote support is $75 for the first 30 minutes. If it turns out to need hands on the device, we’ll stop and point you to onsite or store service. Submitting a request does not start a live session. We’ll contact you to verify it’s really us, arrange a time, and connect only after you approve it.

If it lives in software, there’s a good chance we can help without a visit. Hardware and anything needing physical access moves to onsite or store service.
Slow or misbehaving computers, updates, settings, and general software troubleshooting.
Email trouble, password problems, and account access and settings. We can’t guarantee that every account can be recovered.
App setup, printer setup where practical, and new-device and software configuration. Your participation may be required during the session.
Malware cleanup may be performed remotely where it’s safe and practical. Not every infection can be resolved remotely, and files-at-risk situations may need a different path.
Scam “tech support” is real, so here’s our promise: we only connect after you reach out to us and we arrange it together. We never call you out of the blue demanding access, never ask you to buy gift cards, and never take control without your okay. We tell you what we’ll do before we do it, and you can watch every step and end the session anytime. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and it feels off, hang up and call your store directly.
Tell us what’s happening and how to reach you. This starts a request; it does not begin a live remote session.
We contact you, verify that it’s really Computer Warriors, confirm that the issue is suitable for remote support, and arrange a time.
You approve the connection, watch what we do, and can end the session at any time. If the issue needs physical access, we stop and explain the onsite or store options.
Remote support is $75 for the first 30 minutes, then billed in 15-minute increments.
You’ll get a sense of scope before the session begins, so you only pay for the time it takes. We don’t offer unlimited support, and we can’t promise a guaranteed fix. We’ll always be honest about what a session can and can’t do.
Some problems need physical access: a cracked screen, a device that won’t power on, a hardware fault, or anything we can’t safely reach remotely. If that’s where yours lands, we’ll stop and point you to onsite support or store service (with pickup and delivery if that helps) rather than keep billing for a method that can’t solve it.
You don’t have to guess. Call your nearest store, describe the problem, and we’ll tell you honestly whether remote, onsite, or store service is the right call.
Remote support may be available beyond our onsite service area for eligible issues. Availability depends on the issue, your location, and whether the work can be handled safely through a connection you approve. It’s open to new and existing customers where approved, and it’s still your local Computer Warriors: the same team behind our Wilmington and Jacksonville stores. Serving the Camp Lejeune community? You’re supported through our Jacksonville store.
Yes, because you stay in control. We only connect after you contact us and approve it, we tell you exactly what we’re doing, and you can watch the whole session and end it anytime. We never call out of the blue demanding access or ask for gift cards.
We arrange the session with you first and never initiate contact demanding access. If someone contacts you unexpectedly claiming to be us, don’t give them anything. Hang up and call your local store directly to verify.

Software and account issues: slow computers, email and password trouble, app and printer setup, updates and settings, and malware cleanup where it’s safe. If it’s a hardware problem, we’ll switch you to onsite or store service.

Yes. You’ll be there to approve the connection, watch what we do, and answer questions. It’s your session, and you can end it at any time.
Request remote support and we’ll verify it’s us, then connect with your okay, or call your store to talk it through.
