If you choose our Standard OLED screen and it cracks again within 12 months, you get one free screen repair (one use), subject to the approved program terms. This benefit applies only to the Standard OLED screen option and does not apply to Genuine Apple Display repairs.
Dies by lunch, or shuts down when the cold hits? A fresh battery usually brings it back. We install the replacement, test it, and back the battery and labor with a 1-year warranty. Normal aging and unrelated charging issues aren’t covered.
Only charges at a certain angle, slowly, or not at all? Often it’s the port: a repair, not a new phone. Some charging trouble traces back to the battery or a past spill, so we verify the real cause before we commit.
Cracked glass on the back can be repaired without replacing the whole phone. It’s more involved than a screen and usually takes longer. We’ll confirm your model, the approach, and the timing before we start.
Blurry photos, muffled calls, silent audio, or a button that sticks? These are common and usually fixable. Tell us the symptom and we’ll confirm whether it’s a part, a cleaning, or something tracing back to a past drop or spill.
