  • We do not accept personal checks. At this time, we accept all major debit/credit cards, and cash. We cannot stack discounts. We will gladly apply the discount that offers the best value for your repair, but we do not combine multiple offers or discounts.
  • A QuickFix is a repair that takes 5 minutes or less to complete. Any repair taking longer than 5 minutes will need to be checked in for a full diagnostic or handled as an in-shop consultation. The cost of a QuickFix is $25.00
  • Diagnostic fees are $50.00 and are applied to the final repair total. If the repair is declined and you purchase a new device from us, the fee will be applied to the data transfer. If you decline the repair and do not purchase a new device, the diagnostic fee covers the technician’s time.
  • Rush fees are $100.00, in addition to the diagnostic fee. Rush fee devices take priority, with work starting immediately. Rush fees do not apply toward repair costs and may impact other clients’ time commitments. Both diagnostic and rush fees are non-refundable. Everyone is offered a rush service option.
  • Repairs must be paid in full within 60 days of ticket completion, or your device will be recycled.
  • The Computer Warriors is not responsible for the data on your device. All data should be backed up before dropping off the device for repair. Repairs may uncover other problems, potentially causing hardware or software failure. The Computer Warriors is not responsible for such failures.
  • The timeframes given by technicians are estimates. During the repair process, other software or hardware issues may be discovered, which may increase the original repair time. In these instances, we will notify you of any changes. If a device, primarily phones or tablets, is dropped off and the repair time exceeds the remaining store hours, the device will be available for pick-up on the next business day.
  • In-shop consultations must be booked. You can set the topic, and we will teach you anything you want to know about your devices. These consultations are billed at a rate of $100.00 per hour. Please note that computer diagnostics or repairs of any kind will not be performed at the counter without checking the device in unless the client agrees in advance to pay our in-shop consultation rate, which is a minimum of one hour.
