Ready to bring something in? Reserve your time in a couple of minutes. One thing worth knowing first: a phone repair appointment reserves actual repair time once your part is confirmed in stock. A computer, Mac, tablet, or console drop-off reserves your check-in time (the moment you hand the device over), not bench time.
Appointments are recommended for convenience, but walk-ins are welcome for our primary repair categories.
Call Wilmington (910) 399-3797 or Jacksonville (910) 238-2277 and we’ll take care of it. If the tool is briefly unavailable, don’t worry. Call your store and we’ll get you a quote or reserve your time by phone.
There are four ways to reserve time with us. They’re not interchangeable, so it’s worth picking the right one.
When we’ve confirmed your model, the repair, and that the part is in stock, your appointment reserves actual repair time. If a part needs ordering, we’ll schedule you once it arrives.
For Windows laptops, desktops, gaming PCs, all-in-ones, and Macs. Holds your check-in time, not immediate bench time. Bring your sign-in password so we can test the repair. A $50 diagnostic deposit applies at check-in and goes toward your repair.
For supported iPads and Samsung tablets. Holds your check-in time, not bench time. Bring your passcode. A $50 diagnostic deposit applies only when the device can’t be tested at check-in, and goes toward your repair.
For PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Steam Deck systems we support. Holds your check-in time, not bench time. A $50 diagnostic deposit applies at check-in and goes toward your repair. Back up saved data where you can.
Reserving a drop-off holds your check-in time, not immediate bench time. Devices typically reach a technician within about 2–3 business days; diagnosis, parts, and repair follow from there. That 2–3 business days is the wait before work begins. It isn’t the total repair time, and it isn’t same-day. A phone repair appointment is the exception: when the part is confirmed in stock, it reserves real repair time.
For computer, Mac, and console repairs, a $50 diagnostic deposit applies at check-in and goes toward your repair; it covers the diagnostic time if you decide not to proceed. For iPad and tablet repairs, that same $50 deposit applies only when adequate testing can’t be completed at check-in. Phone repairs have no diagnostic deposit.
Either way, no work begins without your approval. We evaluate, explain what we found and what it costs, and you decide.
Data recovery and liquid damage are call-first. Please stop using the device (and for liquid damage, don’t charge it or turn it on), then call your store and we’ll tell you exactly what to do next.

No. A drop-off reservation holds your check-in time, not bench time. Devices typically reach a technician within about 2–3 business days. That’s the wait before work begins, not the total repair time.
