These End User License Agreement / Terms of Use apply to CW Shop, developed and operated by The Computer Warriors, Clover App ID 1FPXD4DBJA7ZT. CW Shop is our in-house repair shop and point-of-sale software at repair.computerwarriors.com.
1. Internal-use license
CW Shop is licensed only to The Computer Warriors for internal business use by its authorized staff at its own locations. The app is not sold or offered to other businesses. No license is granted for use by another business or for resale, sublicensing or redistribution.
2. App functionality
CW Shop uses a semi-integrated Clover REST Pay Display connection to Clover Flex devices. When a customer pays at the counter, CW Shop sends the invoice total and invoice number to the Flex. The customer taps, inserts or swipes their card on the Flex, and the payment result is recorded on the invoice. Refunds of those payments are returned to the same card through Clover.
The app reads the merchant name to help staff confirm the connected Clover account, reads and writes orders to match Clover orders to invoices, and reads and writes payments to request payments and refunds. If a device response is lost, CW Shop can look up the payment by invoice number to help prevent duplicate charges.
3. Clover payment processing
Card processing is provided by Clover under Clover’s own merchant terms and applicable payment-processing agreements. CW Shop does not replace or change those agreements. Full card numbers are read and processed by Clover on the Flex and are never seen or stored by CW Shop.
Clover is not a party to these CW Shop terms and is not the developer, licensor or provider of CW Shop. These terms do not make Clover or its affiliates responsible for CW Shop or for anyone’s use of the app. See Clover’s Terms of Service.
4. Use by others
CW Shop is intended only for The Computer Warriors’ own stores and authorized staff. The Computer Warriors provides no warranty for use by anyone else. The app may not be resold or redistributed.
5. Privacy
The CW Shop section of our Privacy Policy explains the app’s Clover permissions, payment information, use and sharing of data, and how customers can ask about or request deletion of their records.

These terms govern use of the CW Shop app. They do not change the store’s repair, warranty or return policies.
