If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please note that the return period begins on the day you receive your product. This policy applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished, and pre-owned products purchased from The Computer Warriors, Inc. It does not apply to repairs.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to physically return or exchange your purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please bring the product back to Computer Warriors, Inc. in its original condition, with original accessories, if applicable.
Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original condition. If the product came in packaging, it must be returned in the original packaging. No exceptions.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. No exceptions.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please be aware that the restocking fee is subject to applicable taxes.
If you have paid for a part upfront and later decide not to move forward with the repair, you are eligible for a refund of the part minus a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs associated with ordering, handling, and returning the part to our suppliers.

Rework
Rework covers any issues that lead to a device being returned within 30 days of payment and pickup. If a device requires servicing within this period, rework will be performed free of charge if the issue is related to the initial repair.
Warranty Work
Warranty work applies to servicing needed after the 30-day rework period, if the issue is related to any hardware replaced by computer warriors. We offer a 1-year warranty on computer hardware and batteries, while phones and tablets come with a 1-year to lifetime warranty.
At Computer Warriors, we guarantee the quality of our repairs. For all phone and tablet repairs, we offer a lifetime warranty on the parts used, except for batteries. Batteries have a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. Please note that we do not warranty liquid damage, which is defined as replacement parts that have been damaged by liquid. Batteries are a consumable product and naturally wear down over time with use.
Parts replaced during computer repairs come with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise noted. This covers hardware issues only and does not include software issues, normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents or liquid.
We provide a 1-year warranty for parts replaced in consoles, protecting you against hardware defects or faults. This does not cover software issues, physical damage, normal wear and tear, or liquid damage.
Our custom-built computers come with a 1-year warranty, covering parts and labor for hardware issues only. This warranty protects against defects under normal use and does not cover misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, or software-related problems. Warranty extensions are possible, subject to manufacturer terms and additional labor charges after the first year.
Our screen protectors come with a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. However, the warranty can be revoked in special cases. If the product is discontinued, a one-time courtesy replacement for our newer product line will be provided. Transfer of accessories to newer models is not applicable. Our customer service team is available to provide more information.
All phones, tablets, and consoles sold through our retail store come with a 1-year warranty, unless otherwise stated, protecting against hardware defects during normal use. Software issues are not covered.
Other items sold in our stores come with a standard 1-year warranty unless otherwise posted.
