Some issues only require a technician to hop on to your machine via remote access to make some quick software and setting adjustments to solve your problem. This will save you a lot of downtime, get rid of your frustration, help diagnose your issue, and possibly save you the hassle of bringing your computer in to the shop for repairs.

Remote support pricing is as follows: $50.00 for a 30-minute session, any overages will be billed in 15-minute increments that will cost $25.00.

*Remote support is designed to resolve rather simple software related issues only. Some issues may be influenced by hardware installed in the machine or may not be resolved via remote support and will result in the device needing to be brought in for more thorough diagnostics.  That being the case, your remote session fee will cover your diagnostic fee typically paid in shop at check in which will then be applied toward the cost of your repair.

It is wonderful to know that I can turn to Computer Warriors in those circumstances. They are a thoroughly knowledgeable and professional organization.     5 star review  We used the in-home service of Computer Warriors. I needed an appointment sooner than next available as the problem had been persisting for weeks, and with all the virus restrictions, getting help can be difficult. They were able to schedule an after hours visit, with a surcharge, which was OK. The technician, Tom, was wonderful. He recommended a product that I purchased and had ready when he came. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with non-techies, and most importantly, fixed the problem. He didn’t waste time or suggest additional services/items to run up the bill. Great experience.

  • 5 star review  I recently had a need to replace an old DELL pc with a laptop which I have been needing to do for sometime. A friend referred me to Computer Warriors. I not only loved the name but the feel of doing business with a small local company that wanted to help you and not just sell you something. I am not very technical and they explained everything to me in a non technical way. I love my DELL laptop and my experience with Computer Warriors and will recommend them every chance I get .
