Some issues only require a technician to hop on to your machine via remote access to make some quick software and setting adjustments to solve your problem. This will save you a lot of downtime, get rid of your frustration, help diagnose your issue, and possibly save you the hassle of bringing your computer in to the shop for repairs.

Remote support pricing is as follows: $50.00 for a 30-minute session, any overages will be billed in 15-minute increments that will cost $25.00.
*Remote support is designed to resolve rather simple software related issues only. Some issues may be influenced by hardware installed in the machine or may not be resolved via remote support and will result in the device needing to be brought in for more thorough diagnostics. That being the case, your remote session fee will cover your diagnostic fee typically paid in shop at check in which will then be applied toward the cost of your repair.
The people provided great service, they analyzed the problem, gave us repair or replace estimates for our computer and met their deadlines. They were able to clone our hard drive and save all the data. They are very knowledgeable and we highly recommend them.

First time ever had to have a computer serviced and I was beyond impressed with this place! Steven was super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and got me checked in and out quickly. Prices are affordable and I got my laptop back in just two days. Was kept update to date during the entire repair process and was called before repairs were done with explanation of problem and cost. Entire staff was great and even received an email (personal, not a pre-made one) from the Senior VP Keith VanWyngaarden thanking me for allowing his business to handle my repair needs.
Great folks and great service ... took an IPhone 7 in for a battery replacement and the new battery pretty much “blew up” the phone ... The crew at CW stood behind their service ... they recognized the phone had no defects when I arrived, so they went out of their way (and pocket) to replace the phone for us. Tom is my new hero! He has been helping me move my data/progams from my old computer to my computer.
