Remote support pricing is as follows: $50.00 for a 30-minute session, any overages will be billed in 15-minute increments that will cost $25.00.
*Remote support is designed to resolve rather simple software related issues only. Some issues may be influenced by hardware installed in the machine or may not be resolved via remote support and will result in the device needing to be brought in for more thorough diagnostics. That being the case, your remote session fee will cover your diagnostic fee typically paid in shop at check in which will then be applied toward the cost of your repair.

My laptop would not charge with either of the two cables I had. I brought the laptop in, talked to a guy for maybe five minutes. It was probably a charging port issue. He tested my charger, told me it was a bit wonky, then tested the laptop with a charger of his own. It worked, and then he told me that they don't sell chargers for the laptop I have, but I needed a new one and told me where to get one. He told me that there was no charge. Great dude, great customer service.
Tom from Computer Warriors is knowledgable and professional. He addresssed a variety of different IT issues and his commitment to customer service is superb. He even found a gently used Mac Book Pro for my college aged son. I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

These guys are awesome!! Just walked in the door and Chris greeted me with a smile! He was able to answer all my annoying questions and give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my cracked screen and touch screen not working. Tom fixed my cracked screen and the touch function as fixed as well!!! If I wasn’t moving, I’d use these guys for all my computer and phone issues!!!!
