LG G20 Repair

  These guys are pure awesome. I brought them my custom built computer that I use in trading for a proprietary firm. It failed at the beginning of a very important trading week. I brought it to them the following morning. After a clear explanation of what I could expect, I received a call just a few hours later with the diagnosis, turnaround time and estimated cost. The very next day in the early afternoon I received a call that it was finished and ready for pickup!! They went FAR above my expectations in EVERY way from their concern for my situation, repair time, and cost. Just can't say enough good things about them. Update: Here we are 4 Years later and they are Excellent just like the last time. The team of Alexis and Nathan where stellar in both friendly customer service and rapid turnaround. Computer Warriors is an absolute institution. I look forward to having them build my next system.

  My laptop would not charge with either of the two cables I had. I brought the laptop in, talked to a guy for maybe five minutes. It was probably a charging port issue. He tested my charger, told me it was a bit wonky, then tested the laptop with a charger of his own. It worked, and then he told me that they don't sell chargers for the laptop I have, but I needed a new one and told me where to get one. He told me that there was no charge. Great dude, great customer service.

  Had a wonderful visit to Computer Warriors today. My iPhone was not charging. Cameron fixed the problem at no charge. This was my second time I had to call on Computer Warriors to help me. What a great asset to have here in Wilmington.

  The computer warriors gave me above and beyond excellent service. They had my computer done faster than expected and the price was excellent. I would not look to anyone else to take care of my technical needs.

  Lightning hit my home recently and fried a lot of things. I took my laptop to Computer Warriors today June 5, 2018 and Steven (hope I am spelling his name correctly) on Eastwood Road was extremely helpful. I was very grateful for his knowledge and for being really nice too. I am so glad I went there !

  Talk about customer service! These gentlemen were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you for making my Computer Warrior experience a great one! I will for sure recommend!
