Our dog broke our computer and we took it here. To see if they could fix it. They did the diagnostics in the promised time. Unfortunately, it was a hard drive problem, so cost more to fix than the computer was worth. They gave us the hard drive and the name of a company we could contact for possibly recovery. The service was quite impressive!
